| | Germ Freak Here, | | I'll admit it, I am a Germ freak about my cleaning and myself. I always use an anti-bacterial soap to bath with and a hand sanitizer during the day from time to time.Also I clean with things like Lysol, Pine Sol and bleach around the house especially in bathrooms a kitchen areas.My husband says I go a bit overboard. | Are You A Coke Freak | | How many people think Coke as their daily part of life? Coke comes next after water????
Should definitely share their like & dislike about Coke out here.
Next............let come to my story.It was during 2002-2004 when I was pursuing my Bachelors in Darjeeling.Since my College was a bit far away from my home I use to have my lunch outside everyday.It so happened that every time my intake of Coke was increasing.Day and out I was totally becoming a Coke freak.Nevertheless....I use to consume 2litre pack everyday at home.During winters when it was around -2 or -3 outside it never bother me to drink Chilled Coke.I became such a freak or a maniac that whenever I saw a Carton or Container of Coke even empty I have the urge or need to drink it at the moment.Even today I can't live without my Coke but the consumption rate is lessened compared to early years.I know excessive intake of Caffeine is not good for health but still Coke means to me next water.Hope it will take some more years to leave this habit.

| | Health Freak!!!!....or just Health Concious!!!... | | It all started when i was sent to college away from home,staying in an apartment all alone,i got used to eating instant foods like noodles,canned foods...after finishing my degree,went abroad to work,& now here...no control,i just eat what i like,doesn't care whether it is good or bad..then what i sow,is what i reap..at the age of 23,my cholesterol level was very high and moderate risk for heart failure,got stones in my bladder.It opened my heart & mind that,this all my doing & i need to correct it...i avoided fatty,junk foods,sodas..i started to eat lots of veggies & fish which i don't like before,lots of water & fruits..& the maintenance medication that i should be taking for life was stopped since by grace of God,i am 32 yrs old now & everything is normal...cholesterol level is normal as well as the bladder stones.I am still eating healthy foods & some people who knows me thinks i'm a health freak but instead of arguing,i just let them be as i am just conscious & aware of the bad effects of not eating the healthy foods..so fellow mylotters,,do you think i'm a health freak & just overeacting? | |

| | Are you a cleanliness freak? | | Honestly i am not.But now that i'm doing some research on germs at home, i can't help but feel dirty when i look around.There are germs and bacteria from the bed to the pillow to the floor to the walls. I tried to research on the names of fungi found on pillows. But i can only come up with Aspergillus fumigatus. But i know there are 16 types of fungus found. Does anyone happen to know what are the other 15 types? | |

I have some things that I really need to know every little detail about because I'm afraid of the consequences if I don't get it right.I do have an aversion to being too controlling about trivial things. I wonder what people like most having control of. Money? relationship? Job? Vases and what nots?There must be something that freaks us out if everything is amiss about it.For me its mostly about a job.
