| Utah Jazz is one of the most surprising teams in the playoffs | | As of now, Utah is leading the Denver Nuggets 3 games to 1 in their best of 7 series and needs only one more win to advance to the second round. Utah stole homecourt advantage from the Nuggets after winning game 2 and successfully defended their home in games 3 and 4. What's surprising is that, aside from limiting Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups, and JR Smith from their usual looks, the Jazz are winning even without two of their premier players, Andrei Kirilenko and Mehmet Okur. Both Kirilenko and Okur are injured and are a huge part of the Jazz both in defense and offense. Deron Williams and Carlos Boozer remained the focal point for the Jazz but Paul Millsap's game have helped the Jazz a lot, especially in the place of Kirilenko and Okur. All the odds are against the Nuggets and in favor of the Jazz now. | |

| What Chords Should I Learn for Jazz Guitar? | | Just as the title says. I'm taking a jazz ensemble course next trimester, and I wanted to get a head start to secure a position as a guitarist. I am very new to jazz guitar and was wondering what chords I should learn first.
I have been playing guitar for a year, so no need to explain in great detail. Just a few chord names would be fine, for example C7 or Cmaj7. Whatever you know throw at me. Either way, I learn a new chord, so it is a win win situation.
